The climate crisis requires each of us to think hard and find solutions, regardless of the obstacles we encounter. Be creative, ask for help, but take ownership of the problem you’ve set out to address. This also means that you need to stay close to the customer and their problems.
Respect your work, customers, competition, peers and individual boundaries. You have to give respect first before you can receive it. We encourage direct communication as long as it is polite and well-intended.
Be comfortable in the face of the unknown. We don’t expect you to have all the answers, just an attitude that embraces the uncertainty and carries forth.
We operate in a space and time where change is ever present. The curiosity to unlearn, learn and comprehend is our survival toolkit.
